I- PRICING:
Based on FOB- Ho Chi Minh City,
including normal packaging and labeling as specified beneath. A
certain discount is always considered for customers who order regularly
and maintain a stable business on regular basis. This is also applied
for those repeated orders of the same products bought.

II- QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS:
- Since all
products are hand-made, normal tolerance of 10% in dimensions
and color is expected.
- For any items requested
by Customers and not in our availability, we need full detailed
instructions and specifications to process. A counter-sample
will be then made for your inspection and confirmation.
- We can also
make special imprint on the products, and keep the designs
exclusive on customer request.

III- PACKAGING:
- Packing:
depending on the shapes and dimensions of the products,
we normally pack by wooden crate or 5-layers export carton,
with shipping-marks imprint. However, we can palletize if
customers require.
Labeling:
barcodes and labels can
by printed by us according to customer’s instructions. The
instructions need to be sent to us 30 days before shipment.
All these packaging charges
are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.

IV- QUANTITY &
LOADABILITY:
- Minimum Order Quantity
(M.O.Q) is normally 500 sets (pieces), or 1x20’FCL per item.
However, for the first sample-shipment, we can arrange several
items in a 20’FCL.
- Quantity on shipment
could be different from that stated on the order. Please
accept the tolerance of 10% in quantities and value.

V- SHIPMENT:
- The lead-time of production
is normally 60 days for the 1st shipment, and 2 weeks for
each following shipment of the same products. Depending
on the availability of designs and moulds in our production,
this can be arranged to be earlier.
- Full detailed shipping
instructions need to be sent by customer within two weeks
of order-confirmation.

VI- OFFER-VALIDITY:
6 months from the date of
offer.
VII-PAYMENT-TERM:
- TTR: this payment method
is preferred with 20% down payment. Customer will settle
the balance when receiving shipping documents sent by fax.
The original shipping documents will be sent right after
the payment shown up in our account.
- L/C at sight: the L/C
to be opened within one week of order confirmation.
