I- PRICING:
Based on FOB- HCMC, including normal packaging and labeling as specified beneath. A certain discount is always considered for customers who order regularly and maintain a stable business from time to time. This is also based on the quantity of each item of the order:
- Above 5,000 Units: 3 %
- Above 10,000 Units: 5 %
- Above 20,000 Units: 7 %
II- QUALITY & SPECIFICATIONS:
- Since all products are hand-made, normal tolerance of 10% in dimensions and color is inevitably acceptable.
- For any items requested by Customers and not in our availability, we need full detailed instructions and specifications to process. A counter-sample will be then made for your inspection and confirmation.
- We can also make special remarks on the products, and keep the designs exclusive as customer request.
III- PACKAGING:
1- Packing: Depending on the shapes and dimensions of the products, we normally pack by wooden crate or 5-layer export carton, with shipping-marks imprint. However, we can also do palletizing if customers require.
2- Labeling: Standard Barcode and Label can be printed by us according to customer's instructions. The instructions need to be sent 30 days before shipment.
All these packaging charges are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.
For special requirements of exculsive marks or colured label, we will then make extra chagres and inform the costs before processing.
IV- QUANTITY & LOADABILITY:
- Minimum Order Quantity (M.O.Q) is normally 500 sets (pieces), or 1x20'FCL per item. However, for the first trial Order and in some cases, we can accept smaller quantity but not less than 50 sets or pieces per item. For sample order with quantity less than 50 sets or pieces, we will apply higher price as a result of moulding costs.
- Quantity on shipment could be different from that stated on the order. Please kindly accept the tolerance of 10% in quantities and value.
V- SHIPMENT:
- The lead-time of production is normally 60 days for the 1st shipment, and 2 weeks for each following shipment of the same products. Depending on the availability of designs and moulds on our production, this however can be arranged to be earlier.
- Full detailed shipping instructions need to be sent by customer within two weeks of order confirmation.
VI- OFFER-VALIDITY:
6 months from the date of offer (Normally updated in January and July)
VII-PAYMENT-TERM:
1- TTR: This payment method is most preferred with 30% down payment. Customer will settle the balance when receiving shipping documents sent by fax. The original shipping documents will be sent right after the settlement is done.
2- L/C AT SIGHT: The L/C to be opened within one week of order confirmation.
